Policies for Classes
Deposit, Refunds, and CE Credit Requirements

$75 of your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, but it can be used for a future class within 5 years. If you repeatedly drop out after reserving spots in multiple classes, your deposit will become an administration fee.
If you’ve paid more than your deposit, the amount above will be refunded within 30 days, unless:
-
You choose to leave it on account.
-
You drop out of a live class within 10 days of the start date.
-
You drop out of a live class during the class.
-
For the last two situations, no refund will be given, though depending on circumstances, you may be able to transfer your tuition payment to another class.
Your deposit will not be refunded even if you find someone to take your spot.
Please do not ask another student to pay you for your space—we will not honor any agreements we do not make.
Your deposit and registration remain non-transferable.
To receive CE credits (for classes offering CE), you must:
Arrive on time and stay for the full class. Leaving early or missing significant portions may result in no credit being granted.

Be actively engaged, which means:
-
Put your phone away.
-
Work on your partner(s).
-
Practice the techniques being taught.
-
Receive work from your classmates.
-
Ask questions to clarify concepts and enhance learning.
-
Provide correct contact information so we can email your certificate after class.
